Inclement Weather Policy

If the Prince William County Schools are closed, meetings of the Manassas Warrenton Camera Club will be canceled for that evening.

There is a situation in which administrative personnel report, but students and others do not. We consider the schools to be closed if the students do not report. When there are no students, we do not meet.

Check the radio stations and the news outlets to see the status of the schools. The Club's Vice President will try to send out an e-mail if the meeting has been canceled, so take a look at your e-mail late in the afternoon/early evening for an announcement.

Be sure the club's Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer have your e-mail address if you wish to be notified by e-mail of cancellations.
